The Entrupy certificate is available for €20 — and it is free for any purchase of €1,000 or more (discount automatically applied at checkout). For our jewelry, scarves, and accessories, a Le Comptoir Vintage in-house authenticity certificate is included for free.

In what format will I receive it?

Que signifient vos états (grades) ?

Vos articles sont-ils des pièces uniques ?
Oui. Chaque pièce est un exemplaire unique. Les photos que vous voyez sont celles de l'article que vous recevrez. Quand une pièce est vendue, elle est partie pour de bon.
D'où viennent vos pièces ?
Nous sourçons nos articles au Japon, auprès de partenaires professionnels certifiés. C'est l'un des marchés du luxe d'occasion les plus exigeants au monde, ce qui explique le très bel état de nos pièces. Chacune est ensuite expertisée en France avant sa mise en ligne.
Quels sont les délais et frais de livraison ?
Nous expédions sous 48 h, en envoi suivi et soigné. Les tarifs et délais par destination (France, Europe, Suisse, Royaume-Uni, Canada, États-Unis, International) sont détaillés sur notre page Livraison & Retours.
Vais-je payer des frais de douane ?
Pour les États-Unis et la Suisse, non : nous expédions en DDP, droits et taxes inclus. Le prix affiché est le prix final, sans frais à la livraison. Pour les autres pays hors Union européenne, des frais d'import peuvent s'appliquer à l'arrivée, selon la réglementation locale.
Puis-je retourner mon achat ?
