🔒 Tracking and insurance
All our shipments are tracked: you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is sent. Our valuable pieces travel in secure conditions. For any question about insurance on a high-value shipment, contact us before ordering.
🌍 Customs and import taxes
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇭 Switzerland: DDP delivery, all-inclusive price. For the United States and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You pay no customs fees on delivery: the price shown is the final, all-inclusive price.
For other orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Norway, etc.), customs duties and import taxes (local VAT, GST/HST, duties) may apply on entry into the destination country. They are then payable by the recipient and are not included in the price or in the shipping costs. Feel free to contact us before purchase with any question.
✅ Authenticity guaranteed
Every piece is authenticated and appraised before shipping. The Entrupy authenticity certificate is free for items over €1,000, and available as an option (€20) for all other pieces.
↩️ Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your purchase to us.
- Write to us at contact@lecomptoirvintage.com with your order number: we generate a tracked and insured return label, whatever the destination. Its cost is deducted from the refund, unless the error is ours.
- For countries outside the European Union (United States, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, etc.), customs duties and taxes on the parcel's return to France are also borne by the customer and deducted from the refund.
- The item must be shipped with this label within 14 days of your request, in its original condition, unworn, with any accessories (dust bag, card, tags). A parcel returned by any other means travels at the customer's risk.
- Once the piece has been received and checked, we issue the refund within 7 days.
