At Le Comptoir Vintage, each item is shipped with the utmost care: protected packaging, tracked shipping, and careful preparation of your order. Here’s everything you need to know about our deliveries and returns.

🔒 Tracking and insurance
All our shipments are tracked: you receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Our valuable items travel under secure conditions. For any questions regarding insurance for a high-value shipment, please contact us before ordering.
🌍 Customs duties and import taxes
🇺🇸 United States — DDP delivery, all-inclusive price. For the United States, we ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You pay no customs fees upon delivery — the displayed price is the final price, all-inclusive.
For other orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon entry into the destination country. These are then the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us before purchase for any questions.
✅ Authenticity guaranteed
Each item is authenticated and appraised before shipping. An Entrupy authenticity certificate is available upon request for items over €500.
↩️ Returns and withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your purchase to us.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with any accessories (dust bag, card, tags).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will proceed with the refund within a few business days.
