🔒 Tracking and insurance
All our shipments are tracked: you receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Our valuable items travel in secure conditions. For any questions about insurance for high-value shipments, please contact us before ordering.
🌍 Customs and import taxes
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇭 Switzerland — DDP delivery, all-inclusive price. For the United States and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You pay no customs fees on delivery: the price displayed is the final, all-inclusive price.
For other orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Norway, etc.), customs duties and import taxes (local VAT, GST/HST, duties) may apply upon entry into the destination country. These are then the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us before purchase for any questions.
✅ Authenticity guaranteed
Each item is authenticated and appraised before shipment. The Entrupy authenticity certificate is free for items over €1,000, and available as an option (€20) for all other items.
↩️ Returns and withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day period from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your purchase to us.
🇺🇸 US Returns — free. For orders delivered to the United States, we provide you with a prepaid return label to our local US return center: 0 return fees, no international reshipment at your expense.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with any accessories (dustbag, card, tags).
- For other destinations, return costs are borne by the customer, unless we have made an error.
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund within a few business days.
