🔒 Tracking and insurance
All our shipments are tracked: you receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Our valuable items are transported under secure conditions. For any questions about insurance for high-value shipments, please contact us before ordering.
🌍 Customs and import taxes
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇭 Switzerland — DDP delivery, all-inclusive price. For the United States and Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You pay no customs fees upon delivery — the displayed price is the final, all-inclusive price.
For other orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Norway, etc.), customs duties and import taxes (local VAT, GST/HST, duties) may apply upon entry into the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping costs. Feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
✅ Authenticity guaranteed
Each item is authenticated and appraised before shipping. An Entrupy authenticity certificate is available upon request for items over €500.
↩️ Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your purchase.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with any accessories (dustbag, card, tags).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund within a few business days.
